KEYLA-BRONTÉ LICENSED ESTHETICIAN AND OWNER OF BRONTÉ + BEAUTY A little backstory — when I was 17 I started experiencing cystic acne. I tried products left and right, tried DIY's, watched endless youtube videos – you name it, I probably tried it. My interest in skincare peaked during this time period, and after seeing an Esthetician, my passion flourished. After a year of consistency with monthly facials and my home care routine, my cystic acne cleared up and my confidence was back. I was truly inspired. That’s when I decided that I wanted to do the same for others. I wanted be in a career field where I can help people look and feel their best! I received my Esthetician license from Cortiva in 2017. I stepped into the role as a business owner when I opened Bronté + Beauty in 2019. Since then I have built a following with results-driven treatments, a straightforward approach, meticulous practices and a deep commitment to serving my clients. Passion drives everything, and I strongly believe that you are what you give out to the world - your energy and vibe will attract your life. By providing my clients with confidence and genuine care, I hope that this will then be spread to others.

Cancellation Policy

TERMS + POLICIES •CHILD POLICY: Due to sharp implements, chemicals and insurance-policies, it is not recommended that small children be brought to your appointment. If you need to bring your child, please be prepared to bring them headphones with entertainment. If problems arise during your appointment, I cannot extend your time and it may affect your results. •COVID-19: We will not be taking clients with ANY cold symptoms. If you or anyone you live with has been exposed to the virus in the past month, cancel your appointment at least 48 hrs before your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment, knowing you’re still sick, you will be charged for your service. No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstance. •RESERVATIONS + CANCELLATIONS: A credit card is required to make an appointment. You will NOT be charged upon booking. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, you must provide a minimum notice of 48 hours. Cancellations 24 hours prior will be charged for the full service. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. No show appointments will be charged for the full service. No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstance. •LATE POLICY: A maximum amount of 15 minutes is allowed for appointments. If you are running late, please let me know via phone call or text. Your appointment begins at the time booked, will be charged for the full amount of time, and will not be extended. No show appointments will be charged for the full service. No exceptions will be made to this policy under any circumstance. We must adopt a no exceptions stance to our cancellation policy so we urge you to refrain from scheduling services with Bronté + Beauty if you do not agree to honor our living wages policies that keep our business open and make the services we offer possible. This means that regardless of your circumstance, you agree to take full liability for the time you book with us and are responsible for paying the full service cost or finding someone else to take your appointment for an equivalent service. Please do not ask for exceptions. We appreciate your respect and support.
